Official Cutz Essentials ensures our customers & resellers are always happy with their orders.

If there is damage to your order deemed caused by Official Cutz Essentials after reviewed by our compliance team, we will replace the product. Please be aware that its normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans - this is not considered damage.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of any product into Official Cutz Essentials inventory once a products seal, package, or container has been broken/opened.

If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked, broken, or has a manufacturer defect), please reach out to us at support@officialcutzessentials.com with the following information for a complete review by our compliance team:

  2. Address

  3. Phone Number

  4. Proof of Purchase 

  5. Photographic Evidence

 

We’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation. Note: Shipments that are returned to the Official Cutz Essentials warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded.

Here at Official Cutz Essentials, we produce products per order. If a customer or reseller simply changes their mind and wants to return or exchange their order, Official Cutz Essentials warehouse doesn't have inventory space to store unwanted items.
